government regulation. Details on payment of pension also follows
relevant provisions on the service law. Employees have the right

In order to provide employees with a safe working environment and
prevent possible occupational injuries, besides setting access control,
having regular maintenance, and fire inspection bi-annually, the
company also provides health inspection every two years, group insurance
every year, as well as arranging various factory inspections regularly
to detect and prevent any occupational hazards.
